2. How can I start shopping?

Simply download our XtraKart app from Google Play Store → Sign up → Create an account → Start adding products to your cart and checkout.

3. Is there any minimum order value?

Yes. Minimum order value is Rs.300.
If your order is below Rs.300, delivery charge of Rs.99 will be applied.

4. What payment methods are available?

You can pay via:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver in Debagram, Nadia district, West Bengal and nearby areas. We’re expanding soon!

6. How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are delivered within 48 hours (depending on product availability and location).

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive updates via the app and SMS about your order status.

8. Can I cancel or return my order?

• Cancel: You can cancel your order before it is packed.

• Return/Replace: Only accepted for damaged, wrong, or expired items at the time of delivery.
